Bar Sport is a successful chain of venues initially started in the Midlands with the sole aim of providing an environment that all ages from all professions would enjoy. Our reputation for pleasant, safe environments is all down to our staff training and investment in the latest technology. All of our staff understand such issues as drug awareness, licensing laws, health & safety and emergency procedures. Our door supervisors are chosen for their people skills and amiable personalities - they also have to be affiliated to the SIA (Security Industry Authority) and must have a current SIA I.D. card to be able to work at one of our venues.
We are constantly reviewing technology which enables our sites to be safer and efficient for our staff and customers alike. We install remote CCTV systems that can be viewed off-site on your own PC at any time. All of our till and ordering systems are also linked in so that any discrepancies can be identified immediately and acted upon.
State of the art video and Point Of Sale systems are networked and can be viewed on site or remotely from your lap top or personal computer - no matter what time of the day or where in the world you might be.
These systems allow us to control under age drinking, drug abuse and violent behaviour before it becomes an issue.
Our staff also have the confidence in knowing that we are looking after their well being and are there to back them up should the need arise.
